The user confirms that they hold the rights, licences and permissions necessary to use the content they provide through BALAWARAQ, including text, images, video and recordings, and are authorized to add other people's data and use it for the purposes explained to them. The user must obtain legally required consent from data subjects or their legal representatives where applicable.

The user is responsible for the content and data they provide, its accuracy and lawful use, and their choice of people with whom to share invitation links. Impersonation, violations of privacy or intellectual property rights, and unlawful content are prohibited. Providing upload and publishing tools does not mean BALAWARAQ has verified the user's ownership or permissions.

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a violation, BALAWARAQ may request evidence of rights or permissions and restrict or remove content or disable its links to the extent necessary, notifying the user and allowing an objection where feasible. Rights-infringement reports may be sent to support@balawaraq.com.

The user bears legal responsibility for their violations and harm proven to have been caused by them, in accordance with law. This clause does not exempt BALAWARAQ from its legal obligations or restrict rights that cannot be excluded.

The occasion owner reviews names, dates, locations and links before sharing and informs guests of changes. Spam, fraud and unauthorized access attempts are also prohibited.

Users or relevant rights holders retain content ownership. The provider receives a limited license to host, process, display and technically convert it as needed to deliver the service during the disclosed period and legal retention exceptions. This does not include selling content or displaying the invitation in advertising; separate promotional use requires separate permission.

Brand, designs and platform assets belong to their rights holders. A purchase permits use of selected assets within the occasion under the disclosed license, without permitting resale or distribution of source files beyond it.

1a:T640,

The owner chooses whom to share the link with. Recipients, including those receiving a forwarded link, may open the invitation according to its settings. A shareable link does not guarantee confidentiality. Avoid sensitive information or images whose subjects do not want them circulated.

Event dates are frozen when the first event starts. Corrections before the editing lock go through support and cannot transfer the order to another occasion. Invitation editing stops 24 elapsed hours after the final event ends, after which the invitation is read-only and editing cannot be reopened by the account owner, Admin or support. Link disablement, deletion requests and data-rights actions remain available. Dates must not be changed to bypass the editing lock or reuse the invitation for another occasion; a new occasion requires a new order and invitation.

General and personalized links remain available for viewing without automatic shutdown due to the occasion ending, until disabled by the account owner or authorized service Admin, subject to service entitlement, privacy controls and lawful suspension. Disabling a link does not delete the invitation.

The invitation remains available to the account owner as a private archive, read-only after the editing lock, and accessible to authorized service Admin for management and support under the Privacy Policy. Viewing an invitation through an active link does not give a guest access to the customer's account or private archive. Guest data has separate retention periods and purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

1e:T935,

We receive information you enter or upload, identity information Google supplies when you choose Google sign-in, guest responses, and usage/security records created when the service is used. Data is collected for the feature used; withholding information necessary for an account or feature may prevent its operation. Viewing an invitation does not require a purchase.

Account and sign-in - Name, email, language, access method, verification data and account-security records; passwords are hashed when used - Account operation, sign-in verification, communication and security

Google identity - External identity identifier, account association, name and verified email - Account creation/linking and sign-in; identity, profile and email scopes only, without reading Gmail

Occasion and media - Host names, dates/time zone, locations, instructions, selected images/video/music, drafts and published content - Invitation creation, display, management and private archive

Guests and responses - Names/groups, contacts, relationships, notes, imports, revisions, personalized links, attendance responses/counts and response history - Guest lists, personalized invitations and responses

Orders and policy acceptance - Plan, amount, currency, discounts, billing, payment/refund state, order references and accepted policy version - Purchase evidence, entitlement, payment/refund management, accounting and disputes

Usage and security - Invitation visits and envelope opens with retry-deduplicating identifiers, technical records, sign-in attempts and abuse limits - Statistics, troubleshooting and service protection

Support and rights requests - Text messages, account/occasion context, request status, replies and review/execution history - Issue resolution, request review and rights handling; current support has no attachment-upload feature

Invitation statistics record visits and envelope opens. Invitation analytics tables do not store raw IP addresses, but security controls process connection data and derivatives. This is not a claim of no tracking or complete anonymization. Do not send passwords or complete card details to support. No live payment gateway or card-data collection is enabled on the current site; activating a plan with a full-discount coupon does not constitute collecting money.

1f:T477,

Each processing purpose requires necessary consent or another basis permitted by law. Accepting terms is not blanket consent to marketing or every use of data. Occasion owners must obtain necessary permissions before uploading other people's information or images and inform them of its use.

An invitation recipient sees the published content intended for them under its settings. Links may be forwarded and do not guarantee secrecy or prove the holder's identity. Guest lists, contact details and attendance responses remain private to the account owner and authorized Admin; a continuing link does not make them a public list or grant access to the owner's account or archive. Authorized Admin access is limited to what is necessary for operation, support and rights verification.

We do not sell guest data or use it for independent marketing to guests. No enabled optional marketing or external tracking tools have been established in the current configuration. Advertising use of a customer invitation or image requires separate permission; optional marketing requires separate consent that can be withdrawn.

20:T7b9,

The application database, media and private application backups are stored on the hosting machine in Jordan, according to the service owner. Public requests pass through an OVHcloud front end in Beauharnois, Canada, which processes the HTTPS connection and forwards requests to the application. Not all website-request processing or external-provider processing therefore takes place in Jordan.

Zoho Mail is used for official email and support correspondence that may contain personal data. The account domain previously supplied by the service owner, accounts.zoho.com, maps to the United States data center in Zoho documentation. This identification depends on it being the account address after sign-in; it is not an independent audit of every processing or subprocessor location. Email sign-in code delivery is not currently enabled on this site.

When you choose to create an account or sign in through Google, the service verifies identity to create or link an account. The service retains the external-identifier association, name and verified email; requested scopes are limited to openid, profile and email, without Gmail message-reading access. Google is the customer sign-in method currently enabled. Google states that its servers are distributed worldwide and information may be processed outside the user's country; we therefore do not assign its identity service to a single processing country. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Current file scanning runs locally through ClamAV without sending file contents to an external scanning service. Software-update sources may receive ordinary connection metadata. Opening maps or invoking WhatsApp sharing may cause external apps/sites to process data under their own terms. No live payment provider is selected and enabled on the current site; its disclosures must be completed before use. The minimum necessary data may be disclosed for a legal obligation or competent authority under law.

21:T4d6,

Event dates freeze when the first event starts. Invitation editing and attendance-response submission/editing are permanently locked 24 elapsed hours after the final event ends; the account owner, Admin and support cannot reopen them. A genuine date correction before the lock goes through support and cannot reuse the invitation for a new occasion. Link controls and rights requests remain available after the lock.

General and personalized links remain viewable until disabled by the account owner or authorized Admin, subject to entitlement, privacy and lawful suspension. The occasion ending does not automatically disable them. Link disablement does not delete the invitation or archive.

Occasion information/media, guest lists/contact details, responses and personalized links remain in a private archive until requested deletion for viewing, occasion reference, service management and support. Retention remains subject to processing permissions, data-subject rights, withdrawal of consent relied upon and legally required removal; it is not an unconditional permanent-storage guarantee. There is no automatic deletion ten days after the occasion. The backup retention period does not apply to this live archive.

22:T11d2,

Account owners may request review of occasion, complete structured guest-archive or account erasure through Support & help → Privacy & erasure requests. Submission does not execute erasure. Ownership, authority, scope and exceptions are reviewed first. Guests/data subjects may contact support@balawaraq.com; knowing an invitation link alone does not establish authority.

Occasion erasure includes its content, guest/response data, viewing links, unshared private files and registered private outputs within the confirmed scope. Complete structured guest-archive erasure removes guests/responses/personalized links and closes further response collection while retaining the general invitation and host media. Account erasure includes its specified occasions, sign-in data and Google linking and invalidates customer access. Unstructured support text containing someone's data requires specific human review; structured-archive erasure is not automatic erasure of every mention everywhere.

The approved retention period for support-conversation content and its personal data is 90 days after the request's final closure, for following up the resolution and handling recurrence of the issue. It is then deleted, subject to review of specific necessary retention for an ongoing dispute or legal duty. If a request is reopened, the period runs from its new final closure. This does not delete the minimum necessary record of executed data-rights decisions or replace separate financial-record retention rules.

The approved period for ordinary security logs is 90 days from each event, for account protection and reviewing access attempts and incidents. These logs are limited to necessary information, such as the operation type, time, result and account identifier where needed, and exclude passwords and sign-in codes. Ordinary logs are deleted after the period; evidence for an ongoing investigation is reviewed separately and retained only as necessary for its documented purpose. Erasure decisions needed to prevent data reappearing on restoration remain outside this cleanup. This rule does not lengthen existing shorter lifetimes for transient verification data or counters.

The ninety-day periods apply to the ordinary categories described above, with cleanup failures and specific justified holds reviewed. Cleanup coverage has not yet been fully verified across every store of the new public deployment, Zoho mailbox/archive copies or historical shared-host logs; we therefore do not claim that all such copies have been deleted within the stated periods.

Order/billing records, original policy acceptance and necessary reference evidence may remain for a legitimate restricted purpose; shared media and other customers' data are outside the erasure request. The basis, necessity and duration of financial-record retention are reviewed under applicable duties, and retained categories and reasons are explained during handling. These exceptions do not extend retention merely for unspecified possible future use.

Private backups have restricted permissions and support recovery. An automatic expiry mechanism has not currently been enabled and verified across all backups of this public site, so we do not promise that every copy is removed within thirty days. Retention is reviewed against the recovery purpose, rights requests and applicable duties, and copies are removed when retention is no longer necessary or permitted. The thirty-day rule adopted for the earlier trial remains an operational target requiring separate activation and verification on this site before claiming implementation.

Deleting data from the live service does not immediately erase its backup copies. Copies containing that data remain restricted; restoration must not be used to reintroduce erased data or disabled links. The existence of a backup does not remove data-subject rights or the need to review its retention.

Deleting data from the live service does not immediately erase its backup copies, and storage removal does not guarantee physical or cryptographic erasure. Before restored data or media can be served, the latest erasure and link-disablement decisions are applied. If those decisions cannot be verified, the restored service remains unavailable. The minimum necessary decisions are retained independently to prevent erased data from returning, without retaining the erased content itself in the decision record. Those decisions do not automatically expire when a backup expires.

24:T5cb,

Refunds use the original payment method where possible; otherwise a secure documented alternative is arranged with the payer. Customers are not forced to accept site credit instead of money owed.

After accepting a refund request, we submit the refund to the payment provider within 48 elapsed hours of acceptance, including weekends and public holidays. We notify the customer when it is submitted and provide a tracking reference where available.

The payment provider and the bank or payment-method issuer may require additional time to process the refund and post funds to the customer's account. This period varies by provider, payment method and bank; we explain the expected period using information from the actual provider. The 48-hour period after acceptance concerns BALAWARAQ's submission of the refund, not receipt of funds in the account within that period. We assist with following up delays, without limiting the customer's legal rights.

Duplicate charges and documented platform failures are reviewed separately from the discretionary cancellation window. If the service is defective or not delivered as agreed, applicable legal rights to refund, remedy or compensation apply according to the circumstances. A legal entitlement is not rejected because the invitation was published, the event began or the 10-day window expired. A substitute repair or site credit is not imposed instead of money owed without the required agreement.

The service lets the occasion owner select a design, add occasion information and manage an invitation under the purchased plan. The launch plan is Basic for one occasion. Invitations personalized with guest names are a separate add-on when offered; Save the Date and Memories are unavailable in the launch offering.

BALAWARAQ imposes no general platform minimum age for accounts. Purchases require the necessary legal capacity. For a minor or someone lacking that capacity, a parent, guardian or legal representative authorizes and completes the purchase as permitted by law. Required data-processing permissions must be obtained before collection. Guests do not need to purchase the service to view an invitation. Account holders are responsible for accurate details and protecting access credentials, and should report unauthorized access.

Order contents, plan and add-on prices, currency, and any applicable taxes or fees are shown before payment confirmation. BALAWARAQ may update prices from time to time. Add-on or automatic renewal charges require clear prior agreement.

Payment is completed before access to the Builder, and coupons follow their conditions. A plan belongs to the specified occasion and does not automatically transfer to another. Published links require payment and publication conditions to be met.

The service and request intake channels are available 24/7, subject to the maintenance and faults described above.
